Be it through cross-departmental workshops, stakeholder interviews or an audit of existing technology our team of consultants will leave you with more than just a research report and business case for change. Our strategy phase is for clients who are clear on the problem they face but are seeking deep technical and digital expertise to identify the best solution. In almost all cases this will involve an on-site strategy workshop with one of our experienced consultants. However this is no mere information gathering exercise. It’s a working session(s), often including training and solution exploration with key stakeholders so whatever the final recommendation you can proceed with or without us as you wish.
Our implementation phase is where we apply the cloud technology solution and technical best practices that will fix your business problem. Overseen by a dedicated Wirehive project manager, our team of consultants and engineers will work with the key stakeholders in your organisation to build, test and deploy the solution to integrate into your workflow. After launch you can either manage it internally or let us take care of the tech with a managed support contract.
