Our discovery phase is for clients who are ready to make their journey to the cloud but are seeking deep technical and digital expertise to identify the best cloud solution. Using our agile methodology we run workshops with your key stakeholders to identify the gaps between where you are now and where you want to be. The output of this stage is a requirements document and as-is design that covers the four key pillars of digital transformation: infrastructure, applications, people and process.

Our design phase is where we define and prioritse the changes you want to make in your business to achieve the requirements we identified in the discovery phase. To cover off the infrastructure and application elements we’ll use the requirements document to design a solution for you and then workshop it with your key stakeholders to ensure it meets all your technical and business objectives. For people and process we’ll build a target operating model to help you land your cloud transformation across the organisation.

Applying the best solution
Our implementation phase is where we apply the cloud technology solution and technical best practices that will fix your business problem. Overseen by a dedicated Wirehive project manager, our team of consultants and engineers will work with the key stakeholders in your organisation to build, test and deploy the solution to integrate into your workflow. After launch you can either manage it internally or let us take care of the tech with a managed support contract.
