New product announcement: Wirehive SysOps

SysOps has been available on our Amazon platform since May however as of today it can be added to any Wirehive hosting solution, regardless of infrastructure choice.
What is SysOps?
Wirehive SysOps is our highest level of support. It is truly proactive hosting management that covers all your hosting operations across multiple platforms. We don’t just take care of the tech when it breaks; we constantly tweak and fine tune it so it works for you in the best possible way to meet your company’s commercial and technical objectives.
How do we deliver SysOps?
As a technology business with people at its heart we have designed our SysOps offering around instant access and an ongoing relationship with the highest level of technical skill and expertise in Wirehive. Each of our SysOps customers is matched up with a dedicated Customer Solution Manager who is responsible for proactively managing your infrastructure to give you optimum performance on an ongoing basis. They do this by taking the time to really get to know their customers, understanding your business and commercial goals as well as your technical requirements and preferences.
What does this mean in real terms?
In addition to everything in our Priority SLA, a SysOps engagement with Wirehive gives you:
- 5 hours per week allocated time on your account (from your Customer Solution Manager)
- Bespoke monitoring and alerting set up
- Implementation and management of a tailored back-up and DR strategy
